Why our repairs stay fixed
A lot of repairs fix the one part that broke and stop there. We check the whole system: pump, wiring, controls, pressure switch and tank. Parts rarely fail on their own, and if the cause isn't found, the problem comes back.
So we fix the broken part and go after what caused it, to keep it from happening again. If it can all be fixed today, we fix it. If not, we tell you exactly what's going on, what needs attention now and what can wait.
And many problems never need the pump pulled at all. 60%-70% of our repairs are above-ground fixes done on the spot.

One flat price covers the trip out and finding exactly what's wrong. If we do the repair, the $150 goes toward it.

24/7 emergency response
If you're completely out of water, or water is running and can't be stopped, we respond any time. When you call after hours, you choose: we come now at emergency rates, or first thing in the morning at regular rates.
Regular rates: Monday to Friday, calls before 6 pm. Saturday, calls 7 am to 2 pm.
Emergency rates: calls after those hours, plus Sundays and holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas). $300 service call and 1.5x labor. Parts are always the same price.
