Well Water Treatment
Built for your water. Often half the big-brand price.
Rotten egg smell, orange stains, hard water or a bad bacteria test? We test your water first, fix any well problems at the source, and then design a system for what's actually in your water.
We start at the well, not the filter
Some water problems start with the well itself: a failing pump stirring up sediment, a bad well cap, or bacteria getting in. A filter can hide those for a while, but it won't fix them. Because we're a well company first, we check the source before we sell you equipment.
We're members of both the National Ground Water Association and the Water Quality Association. No other local company holds both.
What we treat
Sulfur and rotten egg smell
Iron and manganese (orange or black stains)
Hard water (scale, spots, dry skin)
Bacteria (coliform and E. coli)
Sediment, taste and odor
Solutions, not packaged systems
National brands tend to sell the same box to everyone. We test your water and look at your layout and usage before we design anything. Depending on what we find, that might be a single filter or a combination, such as air injection ahead of a multi-media filter for tough sulfur and iron.
We do bacteria and nitrate testing in-house, including for real estate transactions.
What it costs
Most of our treatment systems run $2,000 to $6,000. Comparable systems from national brand dealers often run $10,000 to $15,000. See our Ballpark Pricing page for ranges by system type.
How it works
Test your water. Basic in-house testing is free for new treatment customers. More advanced testing is available at an added cost.
Check the well and your setup. Flow, plumbing layout and how your household uses water.
Design and price the system. You get a written price before anything is installed.
Install and follow up. We make sure it's doing the job.
